In reply to your despatch of the 18th July, I here to convey to you my approval of your proposal that Young's Salary Bond be increased to £500 per annum, on the condition that the increased salary be accepted by him in lieu of all fees, and that he should continue to perform all the duties it has been customary to require from the Superintendent of the Civil Hospital,

Dr. Coy will also be informed that the Salary assigned to him, is intended as full remunication.
